    This restaurant was incredibly disappointing. I had high hopes of taking a friend visiting from Singapore somewhere nice and trendy for dinner, which this ended up being far from. After pouring our first glass of wine, we were told the restaurant could not serve us flat breads / burgers (which cancelled out two thirds of the menu). We ordered some tapas and the waiter then came back to tell us they were also out of steak. We were down to chips, onion rings, ribs and chicken strips. The ribs were burnt - looked and tasted like charcoal. The chicken strips had been fried before and reheated. Our experience could not have been any worse. We will not be recommending or coming back.
    Zero stars is actually deserved. 1. Website states open on a Saturday from 13:00. Arrived at 13:30 to be told they only open at 14:00. The manager took a lot of convincing to allow us to sit outside and drink whilst we wait, as if he was doing us a huge favour allowing us to visit his establishment. 2. They have 17 craft beers on tap, on their menu. The waiter brought me a list of the 4 that they had in stock (his list was a bit longer as he included all the ciders as well seeming to not understand the difference between beer and cider). 3. At 14:15 we eventually called our waiter and asked for chilli poppers to start. That took 40 minutes to arrive despite the fact that we were at this stage one of two tables (6 people in total). 4. On to the mains. I ordered a mushroom burger with extra cheese (and chips) and my friend settled for a chicken burger with jalapenos as an extra and a side salad in place of chips. The waiter returned, no mushrooms. I then settled on a cheese and pineapple burger providing they could grill the pineapple as well. This was not within the chef's capabilities. The restaurant was now serving 3 tables and the other 2 were already eating so it was not exactly busy. 5. Our burgers arrived. Mine with something resembling a side salad awash with mayonaise. The chicken burger arrived served with chips and missing the jalapenos. After we pointed out the missing ingredient it took so long to arrive that the burger was half eaten for fear of it getting cold. 6. I drank beer throughout (the same one of the four instead of my preconceived notion that I was going to get to try a variety) and my friend was charged R50 for corkage but it was not listed as corkage on the bill. In a nutshell - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE ELSE!
