Great Tasting burgers. Lovely and friendly service. Had the Truffle burger and will choose it every time. They really go the extra mile.

Great well-stuffed pizza’s (vegetarian!) and best burgers so far. Pay attention to your valuables (do not put your bag next to your table, mine got stolen). However, very friendly staff and good atmosphere.

I went there a couple of days ago but only had a chance now to write a proper review because I thought it was important to recount my experience here. I heard a lot of hype about Tiger's Milk, especially since it's opening up in Stellenbosch soon (where I'm from) and wondered how it was. Upon arriving no one greeted at the door (which was already disheartening) and the staff looked a bit frazzled. Our waiter came across as new and didn't seem very familiar with the menu. When we got our beers mine was terrible and tasted watered down and when I asked for a new one our waiter didn't seem that surprised which made me think this wasn't the first time that this had happened to him. I ordered a steak and when we finally got our food (which took longer than expected) it was the wrong order and had to be changed. I then waited over an hour for my food to arrive and by then the entire table had finished their meal which was pretty awkward. I wanted to complain to the manager but she didn't seem very approachable on top of the fact that she was serving tables herself. After all the hype I was very disappointed. Here's hoping Stellenbosch's branch is better, but I'm not holding my breath.

Tigers Milk has the worst client service I have experience at any restaurant in years. The managers arrogance caused us to leave before we even ordered. We made a reservation and on arrival we were seated at the bar with no explanation, but that we "just need to wait a while." When we enquired by the manager, we were told that we need to wait because they are full. After explaining that we expect a table if we make a booking, the arrogant manager become aggressive and asked is to leave. Shocking!! I will never return.

After my husband dragged me up and down Long street I was getting hangry. Not sure if it was the hunger talking but the burger was delicious. On the over crowded Cape Town burger scene this one actually stands out. I had the plainest burger on the menu and it was perfectly cooked and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive and it is a great spot for people-watching.
