WOW , looks like people even gave up writing reviews.
I have to say i am bitterly disappointed after going there yesterday. What a stunning view and that was about it. Service is slow wine prices are unbelievably high for wine country. and then the main thing..... The cost of the platters, I paid R285.00 for Fish/seafood platter that consisted of 5 crumbed prawns (frozen) 8 pieces of Calamari (frozen) 3 pieces of crumbed fish..... yes and that was that. That could not have cost them more than R40.00 to get it to my table. The Meat platter came with frozen samosas still rock hard. I could go on for a while still but have more important things to do. All i can say NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT.

Oh my word! What a hassle at Tobago's when we tried to order the advertised special! 2 mains for the price of one seems pretty self-explanatory! However, the hostess insists that this offer is only applicable when ordering a three course meal! That was not specified in the eatout ad! False advertising or rip-off! Still waiting for manager 15 minutes later!

If you want warm wine, no service and exhorbitant prices, go to Tobagos at the Radisson Hotel. You wont be disappointed.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. It was an abomination. After waiting 20 minutes for a waiter to arrive, we eventually gave our order to the hostess. We asked for the kids meals to come first as it was getting late. 45 minutes later and still nothing - not even water, no place settings, no drinks -- nothing. My husband eventually went and ordered our drinks at the bar. After hunting down a waiter and speaking with the manager, they said they would hunt down our order -- the manager apologised, saying that he had asked the kitchen several times to move our order up, but they just didnt. The food took another hour. The food could have been decent, but the complete absence of service ruined our evening.
The setting is truley beautiful on a day with great weather, HOWEVER, to charge R22 for a 340ml Heineken beer and R10 parking for under an hour is daylight robbery! When paying such a premium price for drinks one would not expect to be charged for parking as well! Attrocious !
