She means evil in the sense of general life…in conjunction to this crazy world of over spending and being charged in general far to much for anything. Awesome news – always nice to have a spot close by for a decent steak!!
Looked at nearby restaurants that are listed – constantia uitsig is non existent and has been closed from mid year already. You can add the new La Colombe’s address though – Silvermist Estate

To even go as far as using the word evil (in CAPS) Clearly you're not in the restaurant business to understand that not much MONEY MONEY MONEY is made unless LOTS OF HARD WORK is put in.
