Apricot picking at De Krans
Celebrate summer by making your way to De Krans Wine Cellar in Calitzdorp for their annual apricot picking from 23 November until 7 December 2011. Pick and sample sweet and juicy Bulida apricots at the farm from Monday to Saturday during this period, from 8am until 4pm. A cost of R3.90 per kg will be charged for the apricots and visitors are welcome to bring their own containers. ?

The Bottelary Hills Family Day
The annual Bottelary Hills family day is taking place at Hazendal Estate on Saturday 26 November and Sunday 27 November. The Bottelary Hills is a sub-route of the Stellenbosch American Express® Wine Routes, and include farms like Villiera, Hartenberg, Mooiplaas, Kaapzicht and Beyerskloof. Visitors are invited to relax under a shaded canopy while tasting wines, listening to live music, eating great food and browsing the craft market. Many activities and entertainment will be offered for kids. Proceeds will be donated to local charity organisations Pebbles Project and Anna Foundation. ?

Summer Sunset Concerts in the Helderberg Nature Reserve
