Was treated to a buffet breakfast on Sunday morning - truly 5-Star! Thoroughly enjoyed. Great food, great variety, best view in the village and most of all spectacular service - I believe his name was Peter - top-notch! Thanks for making my birthday super special and memorable! Will definitely return and can highly recommend!

Our dinner here last night started off well but sadly deteriorated with each passing course. The ambience was lovely - really enjoyed the live piano and the first two courses, as well as the chef's gift and the palate cleanser were delicious. The service, however, left much to be desired - very sweet lady but in need of training. Her continual sniffing and snorting while trying to pay was also a major deterrent. It also got annoying being asked every time a plate was removed whether we enjoyed the "whatever it was that we had just eaten". Dessert was a disaster...starting with the "pre-dessert treat" which was a banana cream something something - a very strong flavour that many people do not enjoy and which, instead of preparing the tastebuds for the final course, left a terrible and overbearing taste in the mouth. My blood orange soufflé was half-raw and also overly large compared to the size of the other food portions enjoyed in the previous courses. Left feeling disappointed unfortunately. Staff training would do much to improve the experience.

Mange Tout means “Eat all/Eat everything.” That’s exactly what we did! The food is amazing - loads of fab choices! We sat in the bay window side of the restaurant with high thatch roofing and large chandelier.



Service was outstanding, on time and paced through the evening. Portions are well sized and plated to perfection. The restaurant is elegant, yet homely and the atmosphere is relaxed. One question really comes to mind. How did we ever not hear of this place? Had I known, would have dined long time ago already. Fact remains, now we know and will be back for sure!

After going to this venue for lunch and enjoying a wonderful afternoon of music by the pianist, soulful salads and sweet desserts, we decided to return for dinner again a week later. Seated in the main section of the restaurant, we received a warm welcome and were offered something to drink straight from the word go. The atmosphere is relaxed and homely, with soft lighting, a warm gentle feel and friendly waitrons.



Explanation of the menu was a bit vague, however asking for a better explanation, soon we were on our way to enjoying the evening. The menu is fair with options for all palates and we were told that the Chef is open minded and does encourage suggestions. We decided on the 5 course with wines, trying new tastes and combinations. All we can say is that the evening was electric, something to remember, tasteful and it felt as if we were dining with family. Be sure to put a request in with the pianist as he is soulfully knowledgeable on songs.



This restaurant is a hidden wonder amongst the vines and is a sure must for all.
