The Blades Restaurant seats up to 150 guests and is also open to non hotel residents. The chefs have created an exclusive menu with a small selection of signature dishes. You will find a selection that pleases all palates. Their success lies in the simplicity of the cuisine. All the dishes are lovingly prepared, using only the freshest of ingredients. Whenever possible they use organic herbs and vegetables grown in their own gardens at The Blades.
