Ambience: depends on where you are seated We once booked a table for 'outside', but when we arrived we were told that they only have a table inside for us. We were a little cramped and felt "stuck in the corner" (literally), but the staff apologized for the inconvenience and we made the best of it. Outside (alleyway) is probably the best place to sit (if it is nice weather / not raining). A few people have put "lovers locks" on the windows outside and it reminds me of Europe. Parking is often a problem for us and you often have to walk across a very busy street (Chamberlain Road) if you can only find parking across the road... there is no pedestrian crossing there and it could be dangerous, especially if you have children or elderly persons with you. Service: generally we have had good service here The waiters don't 'bug you' too much but they are also attentive and friendly Food: we normally only order the "Deluxe Burger", it's so good we don't want to try anything else in fear of it not living up to our regular favourite. Their "sweetpotato crisps" are also great. We also love the option of large mushrooms instead of buns on the burgers (Banting friendly). The menu is on the small side but ample and the drinks menu is also ok. In general a nice cosy little restaurant for a quick dinner after work with family / friends with a relaxed atmosphere. I'm not too sure if I would recommend it for your 'upmarket business dinners' with clients, etc. or an elegant romantic dinner for 2.... In my opinion it is a different type of restaurant more suited to families and small 'get-togethers' with good friends.
