I've eaten at this particular branch a few times over the years and although their food is adequate and well portioned, I have found the service to be VERY slow (waited an hour for my breakfast once and had to walk out) and the general attitude of the staff to be extremely snotty and cold. It may be a nicely decorated and conceptualized restaurant, but in the end if you want timely tasty food and good service with a friendly atmosphere, you're actually better off going to Mug&Bean or even THE SPUR for that matter in the same mall. Overall I suggest the staff (and owners clearly) get over themselves because the above sentiments have been echoed by quite a few people I've met and that spells disaster in the long run. A death sentence in this competitive industry. Hopefully the other branches aren't as into themselves and cavalier about decent service ;)
