Food:

Norman and Simon Beggs have become known for some of the best breakfasts in town, including a marvellous eggs Benedict, fluffy scrambled eggs and humungous omelettes with a variety of fillings. It’s also worth visiting at lunchtime for a variety of homemade burgers (the beef comes with a deliciously rich and rustic tomato sauce), good salads (like the classic Caesar or prawn and calamari with citrus dressing), pastas and gourmet pizzas.

Wine:

A small wine list complements the food.

Service:

Fast and friendly.

Ambience:

Airy and light with predominantly white décor and hints of green.

And...:

… Buy some artisan bread, pies or homemade biscuits. The peanut butter cookies won’t last the car journey home! (JW, October 2011)

Wow! Definitely the best burger I've had and I love burgers. I had a plain burger, left off sauce, on delicious ciabatta bread. Burger was thick, bread delicious. I'll definitely go again.

Nice restaurant but the eggs benedict's toast base is as hard as concrete.
