Speechless

Inspired by a much-lauded film, The King’s Speech, this drink is a twist on the classic Vesper martini cocktail.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

25ml Grey Goose vodka

15ml Bombay Sapphire gin

15ml Noilly Prat Ambre

a dash of orange bitters

lemon zest

macerated cherry, to garnish

Method

Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a small, vintage martini cocktail glass. Finish with a squeeze of lemon zest and garnish a macerated cherry on a cocktail pick.
