Went to the Willowbridge one. Service was ok. Order an Americano, arrived looking like filter coffee. Sent it back and when it was brought back, it had a little but of crema on it. Decided to order a single shot of espresso to spike it with. By the time that arrived, my "Americano" was cold and it made little difference to the coffee in any case. It would appear as if this branch knows little about good coffee, in contrast with the one in Long street where I have always had good coffee. The food was ok, but nothing special and I'd rather go somewhere else when in the area.
