Pizza Thyme

Since I moved to Stellenbosch I have always bought my pizza at Pizza Thyme. At the beginning of the year I bought the vouchers and encouraged me to go there more often. Tonight I had a very bad experience. Not that all the other visits were a great experience either, but it was tolerable. The girls behind the counter spoke in a tone that you couldn't even hear them from the other side of the counter. I had to ask them every time they spoke to please repeat it while I was leaning over the counter. They did not even smile once or greet us properly. They told us that the pizza wraps we ordered would take 45minutes plus. Which I find a very long time compared to other pizza places. I asked them if they can maybe deliver it and they told me that would be in 2hours. I then asked the lady if she can phone me when the food is finished and she said no, I must estimate when I think it will be finished. I do find this acceptable, especially for regular clients. I suggest you get you staff better trained because I can't recommend or support a place with the experience I had. Then i'd rather drive to the pizza place closer to my house or ask them to deliver in 45minutes max.
