My daughter surprised me by taking me for Mother's Day lunch at Bistro 126. To my disappointment, for a Bistro representing the Hilton, their meat was cold. I informed the waitress as well as the hostess to inform the Chef that the meat is cold. I had the Pepper Beef and Sirloin.
My Daughter felt terrible as she spent so much money on a lunch expecting so much more from the Restaurant. She immediately noticed my disappointment.
No one from the Restaurant ever came to apologise to us that the meat was cold, not even the Chef had the decency to do so.
Due to that fact I won't recommend eating there when a Buffet is served as I am not used to being served cold meat unless it is a cold meat platter which this was not. It was supposed to be a hot buffet lunch.
Disappointing Mother's Day Lunch.
