Cindy is always an exceptional waitress with a very welcoming smile this lady always makes the experience lovely. On the other hand, the onions rings I had were awful, which defeated the whole purpose of coming here. When I mentioned a funny taste to the manager, Nandi, she offered an alternative with a bit of a chip on her shoulder and when I explained the taste and asked for fresh ones, she said she was scared to redo these as they might taste the same as there are supplier issues, she mentioned. Please sort this out because the onion rings are the Spur experience. Also, this manager did not properly explain this nor did she apologize but was keen on getting me something else even though I kept telling her that i was there for the onion rings. Not very polite or empathetic about the matter!

Landed in CT and needed a steak. Quick service but steak over done. I like mine Blue but they could only managed medium.
