Jimmy Killer Prawns at Westwood Mall is my favourite, the food is fresh,the atmosphere is excellent, the staff is friendly, all in all best place to sit down with friends or family for a dinner.

Went there on the 15th June fathers Day and my sisters birthday. Service was slow food came cold, aircon was turned up so high. We all ordered cocktails and half way through it, I spotted something in my sisters glass.
It look like an insect though it was on the side of the glass, but it was actually inside the cocktail that she was drinking. It was a cockroach. I was so appalled and angry plus it was her birthday. She was very angry I called the manager to complain she was so unprofessional. No help she came over I said sorry but she does not know how she can help me, and her drink will be on the house. I didnt care about that, if I was not with my family I would have brought that entire resturant to silence. I am not leaving this taking up this further, this place needs to close down, and the health department needs to get involved.

JIMMYS KILLER PRAWNS WESTWOOD MALL THE WORST SERVICE EVER ALL ROUND INCLUDING THE FOOD.I PURCHASED A TAKE OUT UNCOOKED PRAWNS WHICH COMES WITH A SELECTION OF SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE BUT MINE CAME WITH COLOURED WATER WITH NO FLAVOUR OR SALT.I CALLED THE MANAGER UP MASTHURA HAMID WHO WAS JUSTIFYING WHY THE MEAL WAS IN SUCH A POOR STATE.FOR A MOMENT I THOUGHT THEY WERE RUNNING OUT OF SAUCE.

Had a lovely meal @ Jimmys as usual.. I found the waiters to be very attentive and patient,I do not like a person standing on me to rush and order.. Whenever I want prawns its Jimmys that springs to mind 1st.. Well done and keep up the lovely food and service.. Its good having u guys on bbm also.. Keeps us coming to Jimmys more often!!

ordered you kimmy kilo's queen 24 like I always for the 1st time it tasted so horrible I had to throw it away.... not sure what has changed or what is going but il never order there again...
