Why is there no option to select no stars? The waitres delivered the cutlery and there was dried food on a fork, she proceeded to scratch it of with a knife and left it there for us, my son told her to replace it, we cleaned everything with wetwipes. This place is a dump, food took forever and was delivered in payments. The last plate was about 10 min after the first. We were only four tables! The table had chilly sauce on it that was empty and no salt, I gave it to the waiter and asked her for a refil and some salt, this was before our food arived, the empty bottel and salt was brought to me when my food was 3/4 finished, when I said it is the empty bottle I gave her she said “sorry there was no other sauce” My daughters plate was soaked in oil and I took it to the owner personally, I think he gets this a lot as he did not appologised and never came to the table after this to hear if all was ok. So, If you hate your pallet, upset with your family and has to much money that dump is for you. After everything the waitres stood next to me and insisted I tell her all is ok. Told her to stop speaking to me and dissapear. Told her that there problem was they had no service, no chilly sauce and no chef.told her they are f$&##ked Out of six meals my one son liked the toasted sandwich. Dont go there. This is the worst restaurant i have ever come across. The food takes hours to prepare and is ice cold. No taste and bad service. Avoid this if at all possible!!!!

What a joke that it's advertised as a steak restaurant. NO steak at the start of a long weekend! Pathetic management!!!!

I was shocked by the attitude of the management at the restaurant last night (28 April 2017). We were told by our waitress, after ordering steak for both my wife and myself, that they had no 300g steak in stock. I then order the 200g steak, only to be told that they had NO steak in stock. No manager came to offer apologies or any explanation as to the situation (on along weekend). As we were leaving, I saw a gentleman eating a steak. I asked to speak to the manager, who didn't seem to concerned, and simply blamed the waitress for not making a plan. He did not attempt to invisible back in, but simply gave a half hearted and patronising, "sorry about that" and turned his back on me. Judging by Betty's body language and the manager's rude and dismissive tone, I believe he was lying. This may have been because my children (playing in the children's play area) were not what 'the locals' liked. As it turns out, I was considering taking / booking for functions, some high profile clients (local and international) to the restaurant. I am disgusted at the way we were treated and I will ensure that all of my friends, family and colleagues who frequent the resorts in and around Bela Bela, are aware of this. Terrible service - a place anyone on Bela Bela should avoid. Waited for over an hour for food, watched patrons who arrived after us get served before us. Mangement only seemed to care once we said we are leaving. Was then later told I was "bitchin" when complaining. If you value customer service don't waste your time here.
