Visit this establishment at least once a month . Thrice in the last two months the food has been disgusting . - in store visit : they forgot about our Bao, after 30min brought it cold. As it was just standing there - Uber eats : sushi arrived , soggy wet, gross. It’s like it was standing for hours - pick up collection : the fried wings, slow cooked ribs, and fried calamari tasted like it was reheated/ re fried . I called after the collection requesting for the manager to contact me , ready to return the food . It has been two days and I am still waiting for manager to contact , with 8 phone calls. Poor food poor management .

Another visit and another satisfied customer. Taste explosion

The baos which is the main speciality - are AMAZING and highly recommended!! Their tapas, noodles and sushi are also delicious! There are people here so the atmosphere is always lively. The waiters are attentive and answer questions about the food.

Momo Bauhaus must have some of the best Asian food in Joburg. The bowls are super fresh and filling. The sushi is great, too I’ve been a number of times and while I always try something new it’s tempting to order old favourites. Friendly, funky atmosphere with great service. And one of the best things is you can bring your own wine, leaving extra cash to come again in a short time!
