I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service my family and I received during our recent visit to the little current restaurant by the entrance (not the one near the lake) . Unfortunately, our experience was utterly marred by a staggering display of unprofessionalism, which was evident from the moment we walked in. From the outset, we were greeted with a complete lack of courtesy, warmth, or friendliness. No smile, no welcome, no acknowledgement of our presence whatsoever. This was not only surprising but also totally unacceptable. Throughout our two days of stay at the lodge. The staff at the restaurant would often stare at us strangely, making us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and utterly bewildered. It’s not too much to ask for a friendly smile, a warm greeting. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, but it's also detrimental to business. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously, acknowledges the gravity of these issues, and takes immediate, concrete actions to address them. Until then, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
