I am so disgusted with this restaurant, I can hardly put it in words.

I am visiting Cape Town and decided to go to Cape to Cuba. I am also planning an event for later in the year and thought it could possibly be a good venue.

We arrived and asked the waitress for a table outside. At first she said there was nothing available, but I spotted a little table in the corner and she accommodated us.

We ordered cocktails and stayed for about an hour. All along there was a table "reserved" for the entire time we were there, but never occupied...

Anyway, the waitress asked us if we were going to eat, but we decided not to, after my friend went to the restroom and saw some food waiting to be cooked or served, that appeared rather questionable.

We paid and on our way out the front entrance of the restaurant, an elderly woman stood there puffing on a cigarette and asked if we were the ladies sitting at the corner table outside having cocktails...

She then very rudely said that we have occupied a table for this entire time without having a meal and that she could have made more money had she given it to "guests that she had to turn away".....btw the place was empty inside.....

The point is, if anybody had told me on arrival that one has to have a meal inside, or else rather sit at the designated area for drinks, we would have gladly obliged.

In conclusion...your desperate and greedy attempt for business will drive you on the road to nowhere!!

Ps. As the owner of your restaurant, you should never smoke at the front door in full view of everyone! It does not leave a lot to desire.....
