Cape to Cuba (Kalk Bay)

Disgusting! Found tuft of hair (that's right, a TUFT not a strand) in our food. We waited at our table for the manager/chef/waitor/anyone to come and apologize and explain, nobody came. We then posted a photo of our hairy food on social media. Only after the picture went viral did Cape to Cuba finally respond, and their response was horrific. They blamed us as customers for planting the hair (which they say was a feather- still a gross health code violation). In their comment they do not apologize but they literally told their customer "shame on you. Do not come back here." They are so disrespectful- this has got to be the worst eating experience and bone chilling customer service we've ever encountered. It's telling when even the locals refuse to eat at Cape to Cuba. The filth, terrible customer service and hazardous food cannot make up for a pretty location. Cape to Cuba needs an urgent health inspection, we're sure they'll be shut down immediately.
