Dros (Willowbridge)

My husband and I went to the Dros Willowbridge 7/8/2017 and I ordered a Caffè Latte and the coffee came separate but in a tea cup (how can I pour the coffee into the Caffè Latte from a tea cup without messing???) We ordered a starter of chessy snails that tasted like it was off. My husband ordered the burger special as his mains which was under cooked and I ordered the 300g ribs which had more fat on it than meat. The manager on duty did apologise and took the food back and took it off the bill. My husband then complained and was offered a complimentary meal. On 14/08/2017 we went back for a complimentary meal, the service was good. My husband ordered the seafood platter for 2 which tasted like they had poured salt all over the food which made him feel sick and he couldn't even enjoy or finish it. I don't recommend this place to anyone even my worse enemy.
