Unbelievably slow unorganized service. There were no queue but we waited waited 40min for a wacky wednesday order. Many staff on premises but only one person making burgers and no one on the chips station. Received cold burgers and uncooked chips. Asked them to reheat the burgers but received the cold burgers back after 5min. The lady taking the orders communicates minimally and is very slow. All the staff communicates minimally with clients and there seems to be a lot of confusion amongst them.
