There were so many things that were wrong with this restaurant. Where to begin?

The serving staff were confused. We had 3 waiters fighting to serve our table, which shouldn't happen if they have a system in place to avoid that awkwardness.
The waiter who did eventually serve us informed us that they didn't have ice, lamb and hotdogs available at all, even though there was ice. The staff were loudly having private conversations and were to busy doing that to properly serve the tables.

The kitchen was slow, even though the restaurant was only half full and it was lunch time. We thought that because the burgers that we ordered took so long they would be amazing. We were so wrong.

When our food did arrive, the GOURMET BURGER was smaller than a Mc Donald's burger and actually made me depressed while I was eating it. The Mediterranean Beef Burger was hardly a burger at all. The beef patty was soggy, tiny and flavourless. It tasted as though the restaurant had been cutting corners by adding bread crumbs and other miscellaneous items to thin out the beef and save money. The other toppings were more of a suggestion of what you would have had if they had decided to add a decent amount to your burger. The overwhelming favour of the burger was a combination of stale bread roll and bitter disappointment. The french fries were moderately good, but didn't save the meal from being a hopeless tragedy of what could have been but really wasn't.

I quietly approached the manager after we had paid for the "meal" and very politely explained my experience, as I'm not normally someone who complains about a meal. He seemed moderately concerned until he took a phone call WHILE I was talking to him and just walked away from me without so much as an "excuse me". I actually couldn't believe he was that rude.

We will never go back to this place, ever. I haven't ever been that disappointed in a restaurant, and it clearly starts with the shockingly bad management and ripples out to every aspect of the workings of this establishment. I've actually been less disappoint with restaurants that gave me food poisoning.

Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. They give the Tribakery chain a bad name. The other Tribakeries are very good but this one just made me so angry.
