We've been visiting Brighton Bakery for years - following it to its glorious new home in the former Altona Hotel.
The breakfast is superb (note: no bacon), the lovely owner as welcoming as always and the soft sounds of African jazz are soothing to the soul!
It is child-friendly. PS: I recommend you park in Mountain Road and walk over.
