Enjoyed the delicious lunch and dinner provided over 3 days by these guys at the South African Youth Travel Conference. Truly fantastic service and never disappointed with a meal. I would highly recommend them for any event.

The Roast Co. team consists of Graham; Mark Brunskill of House of Curries fame; Kevin Hughes, the owner of Splashes in Glenashley; and Patrick Goldie, the accounts manager. The rotisserie trailer will appear at events, corporates and foodie festivals all over the KwaZulu-Natal area, and can also be hired for special occasions.
The truck’s simple menu, designed by Graham, will change often, but you can expect creative wraps, sandwiches and whole roasts with a flavourful twist – think slow-roasted brisket sandwiches, marinated flattie half chickens, pulled pork with Asian slaw, and perfectly roasted lamb.
