My great nephew had a party at Spur Burning Arrow Spur, Queenswood and we were treated with the worst service I have ever experienced. After speaking to the manager once and getting no response I waited for him to finish having a personal chat (yes it was personal I heard the conversation as I waited) and spoke to him a second time about the service. After having a cigarette outside and coming back in I noticed that nothing had been done at our table. I spoke to the manager in a normal voice for a third time and he shouted at me. #Burning Arrow Spur rude manger #Non-existent service #Lucky if you get service #Lucky if you get food #Lucky if you get a drink #Burning Arrow Spur children party nightmare #Poor service #Manager SHOUTS at customers if they SPEAK to him about poor service #Burning Arrow Spur manager BERNO displays lack of manners to customers #Have to speak three times about poor service – get shouted at for speaking – only then some service #Disgrace #Are the days of happy children Spur parties gone?

I made a review about bad products and service at Spur Queenswood but would also like to mention how good the manager was in handling my frustrations. Well done. You made it easier to decide to go back next time.

Slow service, 1hour for food service. The ribs was terrible. No meat and dry as bark. Manager said that apparently Spur does not do there own ribs anymore but pre order it already done from there supplier. Spur made there name with ribs seems like now they will be losing there name with ribs. Will have to think twice before we visit Spur again.

Worst ribs ever. Spoke to manager and was told that Spur do not make there own ribs anymore. They buy it out from there supplier pre done. There was hardly any meat on it and it was dry. Also we waited 1hour for our food. Will really have to think twice before going to Spur again

This is truly my favorite Steak house of all times!!!!! We visit Burning Arrow Spur often , I was at Spur the 3 times in the last 2 weeks and almost very Saturday with the boys , they just love playing at Spur – LoL the youngest one starts to clap hands when he sees were are at Spur and says “Pappa speel Pappa speel” he is only 2 years old . The staff and management at spur YOU ROCK!!!!!!!
