The Conservatory which now occupies the old Greenhouse space will now be the main restaurant at the hotel. They have injected a fresh look, while at the same time keeping the historic atmosphere. The main focus in the restaurant is the 300-year-old oak tree. Head chef, Ryan Josten, will be creating some hotel classics alongside some mod, seasonal dishes that draw inspiration from the hotels vegetable and herb gardens.
