Food

You’re sure to be swept away whether you choose to indulge in the tomahawk steak from Washington or the Silent Valley Wagyu (paired with imported or local wine recommended by an award-winning sommelier).

There are of course vegetarian options too – opt for the pumpkin and chickpea dish with the most beautiful cumin hummus or charred dukkah broccoli served with red pepper Béarnaise and a cranberry-and-almond salsa.

Desserts range from chocolate mousse with a tonka bean brownie to a lovely play on ice-cream sandwiches.

Drinks

Marble has a great wine selection, but the sommelier can sometimes lack the confidence needed to genuinely make a good recommendation or explain his selection.

Service

Warm and friendly service that doesn’t feel intrusive or overbearing. From the moment you enter, every detail is considered – from the presentation of the dishes to the service at the reception area and even the bathroom experience.

Ambience

With its delicious cocktails served in perfect glassware and a view of the city skyline, it’s no surprise that Marble is a popular sundowner destination.

And if you’re dining at the main restaurant, you’re also in for a treat – you’ll be transported to a New York-style setting with its opulence and attention to detail.
