The sushi here is nothing short of adventurous – try the Tokyo Tango, spicy California roll topped with tempura prawns and Japanese mayo. Other options include ingredients like smoked crocodile, biltong and Peppadews. For the purists there’s a great selection of fish and moreish dim sum too. For mains, try the Pernod chicken with enoki mushrooms.

A good, interesting selection, with some unusual estates making a showing.

This contemporary oasis in Constantia feels like a holiday destination – whiskered fish swim lazily in giant tanks and bamboo lamps provide ambient lighting.
