Bon Amis at Bloemendal

Not at all impressed with Bon Amis Cafe & Deli Bloemendal Wine Estate. The Waitress, although firendly, failed to take note of guests seeking her attention. We were poorly attended to. To make matters worse, when the food was ready, there was no communication from the waitress to the staff who brought our food regarding who was eating what. I noticed this happening at many of the tables. Food was carried out and then staff were asking at each table if the food was theirs and if so who ordered what! APPALLING! A glass was broken at our table by my seat. There were lots of children playing around there (some barefoot) and no attempt was made to sweep up the smaller shards. The restaurant was full beyond comfortable capacity which resulted in it being very noisy...live music was also playing. With regard to the food and menu...Average. My fiance and I ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was bone dry. It is not the first time that Bon Amis has left me feeling cheated of a good experience, it is however the LAST.
