What an absolute debacle for a Friday night. No door presence, we had to walk through the whole restaurant being ignored by everyone to find if any of the open tables were available. After our drinks being forgotten and 45 minutes after ordering our food we were told it should not be too long. After another 35 minutes I was ignored by the bald manager at the food hatch. After I insisted on talking to the manager I was informed that my food was never going to be prepared and that I should order something else. 90 minutes waiting to be told that I was at fault for ordering off the menu is ridiculous. It took 2 minutes to get my bill though. Priorities. Unforgettable, but completely miss able. Will certainly never return.
