Haute Cabrière Cellar Restaurant

My wife and I decided to visit Cabriere for dinner this weekend after hearing of Chefs Nic van Wyk and Westley Muller taking over the reigns of this iconic Franschhoek establishment. We were not disappointed. The menu was fresh and upbeat, making it easy to pair it with the wines as well. The 3 course option is the winner everyday. Our Waiter, Christopher, did an amazing job of being attentive but not over-bearing, which is an important point for me. Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely be back.
