Friends and I visited from Switzerland. What a horrible experience at the least. The waiter named Sylvester really gave a bitter taste throughout our entire experience. We we're quite thrilled to have dined at a one of Cape Towns most popular destinations as we believed we would receive exceptional service. It was at horrific disappointment that your alledgedly well trained waiter Sylvester felt like he every right to be disrespectful towards valued clients. He was cheeky. He got our order wrong and his incredicibly bad welcome into the restaurant already made us feel like we need to dismiss from the premises.His poor colleague Tsitsi really tried to improve the distaste we have about the place.Defintely not a place we would recommend unless you want to be I'll treated by staff.
