New York Restaurant

It was okay. Expected a lot more of the restaurant and food after reading reviews. No privacy at all, cramped!! We had a booking for Saturday, 21 February, my daughter turning 21. There was no music for the evening, not even a cd playing in the background which made the atmosphere blunt and cold. Maybe because of the area in which this restaurant is situated it was mainly black people visiting the restaurant after 20:00 which placed us in the middle of several tables where we found very uncomfortable. I don't mind black and white, but our cultures differ and we weren't offered an alternative. It was suppose to be a very special evening which I wish I could have different. Mrs A vd Westhuizen
