AT FIRST WE THOUGHT IT WAS AN ACTUAL BAR… Then we found out it was just a really interesting name for one of the best breakfast establishments in Melville. Pablo Go -Eggs –Bar is a bar… an Eggs bar. Eggs are prepared every which way, from scrambled to poached and even deep fried. Yes!!! Deep fried :-) So if you’re looking for a breakfast, brunch, lunch or early dinner spot where the food is incredible, different, interesting and good for the pocket then head on over to Pablo Go Eggs Bar.
