You often hear of these new places to go to and most of the time when you try them they disappoint. It was a Friday night and I worked late, I didn't eat the whole day because I had heard so many good things about republik. Needless to say we walked in. To a vibe which made us not wanting to leave. From young kids, to families, to people having date night's, to birthdays being celebrated upstairs with awesome music. We got greeted by every single staff member who walked past us and the menus arrived. We ordered cooperberg my favourite cider. It then came to ordering mains. As much as I wanted to order everything on the menu I had to make a decision. I ordered the burger without a bun. Beef to be exact, crispy bacon, caramelized onions and a side of deep fried baby marrow chips. The food arrived in about ten minutes, my tummy didn't even have time to grumble. It was by far the juiciest and tastiest burger I have ever tasted. My stomach was full and my heart complete. Desert we had the deep fried bar one. I'm not sure If they still serve it but gosh. It was definitely made with love. I will definitely be back and I honestly recommend everyone to go and try their burgers!
