The entrance is strange, with a buzzing gate and cctv monitoring, and once inside you feel a little lost. The waitresses all seem very young but are as efficient as can be. And the food...well this IS the place for sushi. No gimmicky conveyor belts, no fashionable fashion sandwiches, just fresh fresh fish, great eel and perfect rice, all on an extensive menu. You can only order once so you end up over-ordering in a rush. Dont let all the stern warnings on the wall put you off though because Mr Minato seems friendly enough and usually greets diners with a big smile as they leave. A place all sushi lovers have to visit.
