Having been a fan of the Hyde Park branch for many tasty years, I decided to try out their new branch. Sadly it appears to mainly be a drinking spot for 'glamorous' people to be seen. The portions were MUCH smaller than the Hyde Park branch, attention to detail lacking, burnt coffee and chocolate pudding, and woolworths ice cream. The service was also lacklustre, and didn't seem to care about our table as we weren't drinking copious overpriced cocktails. And the people that were drinking were VERY loud. If you want to drink in a pretty environment- go here, if you want the delicious and inventive food that Life is known for- go to Hyde ParkPromoted Restaurants
