It was my first time to go to Life Grand Cafe Waterfall .I must say I had a great experience. Our waitress Ayanda Skosana was on top of things and she communicated well.Food was amazing and it came out on time .I would go back for the experience.
Excellent but service was extremely slow thou.
Life grand is such a beautiful place but I feel like one needs in between space along the table. Last time I was there, it was packed. However, I really enjoyed the food, services and the atmosphere. I would definitely go back again
Having been a fan of the Hyde Park branch for many tasty years, I decided to try out their new branch. Sadly it appears to mainly be a drinking spot for 'glamorous' people to be seen. The portions were MUCH smaller than the Hyde Park branch, attention to detail lacking, burnt coffee and chocolate pudding, and woolworths ice cream. The service was also lacklustre, and didn't seem to care about our table as we weren't drinking copious overpriced cocktails. And the people that were drinking were VERY loud. If you want to drink in a pretty environment- go here, if you want the delicious and inventive food that Life is known for- go to Hyde Park
What a contrast to the Life Cafe in Hyde Park where the food is always good. The place is beautiful and always well patronised but I have had two meals here and found the portions small and food disappointing. It looks like a cost cutting exercise. more, tastier food, less schmancy decor.
