Consistency matters a great deal and DW-11 13 fell very short of expectations on my return visit. The food was mediocre flavour/texture-wise and often over/undercooked. We received a different waiter that was challenged with knowledge of the components in the dish, whilst front of the house and waiters were behaving like drones which detracted from the ambience. And since mid last year, they have been promising a tasting menu that has yet to materialise. I can only hope that this improves in the future from a chef taught under Heston Blumenthal himself.
