Visited Monday 6 July 2015. Friendly reception & service by waiter Tumi. Then things fell apart. Tried to order signature dish "Quarter Duck in Plum Sauce" - no duck available. Opt for "Quarter Chicken in Plum Sauce" - no chicken either. Tempura Seafood Platter?? No Hake available to complete platter. Ok, fourth option - Sushi Platter @ R179-00. Tasteless. Rather buy Woolies'. Soup for starters - "Thai Tom Yam" & "Chicken Sweet Corn" - not too bad, but not great either. Deep Fried Ice Cream Dessert was nice. When we left the manager was sitting at the till next to the door speaking to a waiter. He didn't even look up to say goodbye or thank us for our patronage. Won't dine there again. To compare try Far East Foods in Welkom, or China Restaurant in Kimberley. Sorry for you Bloem guys if this is supposed to be THE Sushi restaurant in Bloem.
