On three separate occasions they've messed up my order (to the new manager's credit things were sorted out when everything was escalated). I keep returning hoping that their processes have been sorted out, but to no avail. The order is placed, the money is taken, and from there things seem to fall in to a black hole. The staff are confused and stand around shaking their head when asked what is happening with the order. It's all a bit ridiculous. I thought the new management would have sorted things out, but they haven't. It's just a poor experience.
