I ordered their signature Chai and Mumbai spicy sandwich. Both were delicious and exactly what I was hoping for. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The ambiance of the coffee shop is fresh and comfortable. I was however struck by how empty it was during lunch hour compared to other restaurants around it. And I think it is because of the long waiting times for meals. The menu is simple in its offerings i.e. breads, buns, ssndwiches and chips, but making customers wait for upto 20 minutes for a small plate of masala chips or a sandwich (no matter how tasty or freshly prepared) cannot make for a good business model, especially with the many fast food restaurants near it.

Staff are a bit abrupt and not very friendly. FYI, they dont sell roti's....

My bun did not look like the ones in the picture! My bun had had a steam roller go over it! It was very sweet and I certainly would not go rushing back! The signature tea was lukewarm and very sweet! Not another soul in the shop at 1pm and a very indifferent young man behind the counter.
