Their Valentine's evening was an epic fail.After having to secure a booking for R200 we arrived to tables that were not set,the service was horrible given 1 food menu and 1 wine list menu to share the waiter didn't know anything about the food on the menu let alone the wine,non alcoholic beverages not listed on the menu..... We waited over 30mins for our drinks to arrive and another hour for the food of which when it eventually arrived was not what we ordered nor was the steak prepared the way we had asked.We ordered fillet steak with tomatoes and capers but we got steak with mushroom sauce and spinach what's the point of putting things on the menu when you know your chef can't make them? After the manager begged us and the desperation of our waiter we obliged "because we felt sorry for them and we know how staff can be treated in the food service industry" we paid and took the food to go. This was the worst experience,so much for the hype and marketing for this lousy evening I wish I had read the reviews before booking

My experience there was rather disappointing.for one; it was empty for a Saturday night, waiters were very mean and didn't seem to know the menu very well. We waited close to an hour for our order to come out and no one bothered to reassure or give a reason as to why it took so long. I am someone who does not mind paying for a good service, however, the food did match up to those prices. Would not visit them again, unless ofcourse something changes.

The whole restaurant smells like smoke and the service is horrible
