I have been a customer since Oishi started and have always valued their service and quality however the last 3 times I’ve ordered have left me very disappointed. The quality has not been good, the pieces are small for their price and lack the flavor they used to have. I ordered miso soup and realized on delivery that the soup was packed under the sushi leaving it all hot,which was not nice. They used to be 5 star but I would now need to rate them 3 star.
