Poor Food Quality- Unethical Practice: Hi, I see really good reviews of this place all the time, yet had a bad experience a few years ago (2023). I gave in when my family insisted we go there (2026). The issue few years ago was the quality of the pasta, spaghetti arrabiata, flat, tasteless and the spaghetti was chewy. This time around ordered basil pesto pasta, the pasta came to the table luke warm, the fussili was undercooked and chawky, and was clumped together into balls, meaning the pasta cooking method made it all stick together. I sent it back. Later on, we discovered the restaurants modus operandi is to place bottles of sparkling and still water on your table before you arrive (at R90 per bottle), but little do you realise that these were not ordered by the guests that got there before you. So you go along, bu do not open all bottles, yet we were charged a whopping R360 for 4 bottles of water which were not even ordered. Please be careful that this does not happen to you.
