The Indian Chapter with Prim Reddy

What started as a late-night search for somewhere to satisfy our hunger turned into one of the most memorable evenings. Prim Reddy at Indian Chapter kindly stayed open for us on a Saturday night when it seemed like we had run out of options, and we are so grateful she did. From the moment we arrived, Prim’s energy was warm, vibrant, and incredibly welcoming. She has such a genuine way of making people feel comfortable, like you are not just a customer but a guest in her home. Her kindness and positive vibe made the whole evening feel so special and personal. The evening became even more memorable when we stayed longer than planned and joined Prim and her amazing friends for karaoke night — what an absolute blast! There was laughter, great music, and such a joyful atmosphere. Another thing we really noticed was how beautifully Prim treats her staff. She leads with respect, kindness, and love, and it is clear she sees them as family. Her staff were also amazing — friendly, attentive, and added so much to the welcoming atmosphere. That kind of environment says everything about the person running the place. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and honestly unforgettable. While typing this, I’m already craving it again! Thank you, Prim, for your incredible hospitality and for turning a simple late-night meal into such a special memory. We will definitely be back.
