Good Day I was surprised with a Mother's Day Lunch on Sunday. This was the best Mother's Day. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the ambiance is sophisticated yet social. The food is exquisite. I met Chef JP who takes a lot of pride in his kitchen. I started with the soup, and generally I will overlook the soup. I went back, twice for soup. I honestly could have just eaten soup whole afternoon. The salads were also great. I loved the vinegarette veg, especially the cauliflower. yes, the simple things in life. The mains were carvery. The chef even offered to grill my son's roast slightly... personal touch and attention will always go a long way. Thank you Chef. The desserts were delicious, however by then, I was too full to overindulge. I am definitely adding Copa to my favorite list and am already eyeing the menu to select what I'm trying out when I come back. Thank you once again for a lovely day and experience. Please... don't go changing. Oh. and the fruit chutney... I can't remember what it was called... but delicious. I ended up adding it with my bread and with my chicken :-)
