At this year’s Eat Out Woolworths Restaurant Awards ceremony, Margot Janse received the honour in recognition for all she has done for the industry during her career.  

From redefining high-end dining to championing local ingredients, training future chefs and feeding children in her community, Margot’s impact has left an enduring mark on our culinary landscape – and on the people behind it.
